1.2. Withdrawal Conditions

4. Cash is issued:

• at the office (upon presentation of a passport);
• by courier delivery (paid service).

  – If there is no office in the city, delivery to the standard address is included in the rate.

  – Delivery to an individual address is paid additionally and depends on the location.

5. In the office, withdrawal by token is possible:

• Token — a unique client identifier.
• To confirm identity, it is necessary to send the manager a photo of the currency with the token indicated.

1.3. Verification and Security

6. Cryptocurrency addresses are verified after receiving funds.

In case of risk detection, the service has the right to:

• suspend the exchange to make a decision;
• return funds to the client.

Identity verification is not required, except in cases determined by the manager.

1.4. Additional Conditions

7. The minimum exchange amount can be reduced by agreement:

• an application for the standard minimum amount must be submitted and the manager notified;
• after agreement, the conditions are adjusted according to the current rate.

8. The exchange is performed on the day of application submission.

• Applications submitted late in the evening may be processed on the next working day.

9. The commission percentage is fixed at the time of application creation and does not change.

• The asset rate may be adjusted due to market volatility.

10. All clarifications regarding cash withdrawal are possible only through the Telegram chat with the manager.

Application data is automatically sent to the manager.

2. Cash Acceptance

2.1. General Provisions

1. The office address for cash submission is agreed with the manager after confirming the exchange.
2. If there is no office in the city, acceptance is carried out through a courier.

2.2. Procedure

3. The courier contacts the client, accepts the money, and delivers it for counting and verification.

After the verification is completed, the funds are credited to the specified crypto address.

4. To contact the manager, an application must be submitted, and the link to the Telegram chat provided by the system must be followed.

The manager accompanies the client at all stages of the transaction.

2.3. Client Requirements
